Where do we post too?
Almost everywhere! - When viewing your cart or checking out you will notice a delivery method with a drop down box to select your country. If you don't see your country in this list, simply select the "Other Overseas" option. - Keep in mind that the P&P cost is not always final and any un-used P&P money will be refunded.

When will my item/s be posted? - Temporally all orders will be posted Monday/Tuesday while we are in the process of moving our shop. - For more information please go to:

At LambrettaReStore we pride ourselves on our quick service. When you place your order we will always aim to get it picked, packed and dispatched the same working day after payment confirmation, however It could still take 1-3 working days. Updates will be sent to the email address you provide for each step of the way starting with your initial order placed, processing (taking/confirming payment, picking and packing) and finally, dispatched (Your order has been posted).

Postage and Packaging Cost?
All postage and packaging (P&P) prices are dependent on the size (Length, Width, Height (L/W/H)) and Weight. Once you have added everything to your basket you can find the p&p cost when viewing your cart or through the checkout process after you select a delivery method. All orders will be posted mainly through the Post Office or by Couriers and always with proof of postage and sometimes tracking if requested.

P&P costs are however, never final, we refund any outstanding money via the payment method you used and on rare occasions we may have to contact you if the postage cost is higher on overseas orders.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on where you are and what delivery method you chose determines how long it will take (working days are Monday to Friday).

UK - NEXT WORKING DAY - Mainland UK delivery is for the mainland only (England, Wales, Cornwall and covers upto Edinburgh
and Glasgow) and will arrive the next working day providing you placed your order before 12:30pm. If you placed an order after 12:30pm it will be dispatched the following working day. (For example, if you placed an order on Tuesday at 7:00pm your order will be dispatched Wednesday for Thursday delivery).

All other UK delivery methods are based on an average of 2-3 working days from when your order is set to dispatched. Most parcels are sent though the Post Office and sometimes we use another courier. If your order doesn't arrive within 7 working days please contact us ASAP.

All other Delivery methods outside of the UK (Overseas) can, on average, take 4-5 working days if you are in or near a major city. However delivery could still take upto and in some cases exceeding 14 working days or longer depending on where you are located. If 14 working days have passed please contact us to make us aware.

Please ensure you enclose a note stating the reason for return, name, contact number and if possible a copy of the receipt.

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 working days of receipt.

All returns are inspected before any refund/replacement is made. Please ensure that you pack the item/s well to the same degree as how the items were sent, ensureing that it is not damaged in transit, as this could void the refund/replacement.

Refunds do not include the initial P&P cost and P&P is not refundable on return cost.

If in the unfortunate circumstance any item arrived to you damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to start the return procedure.
